We are seeking an experienced and proactiveSenior Network Operations Engineer to join a high-performing technology team within a large-scale, secure enterprise environment. You'll play a key role in the design, maintenance, and optimisation of complex networks, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure that supports thousands of users.

What You'll Be Doing Architect, implement, and support enterprise-grade LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Monitor and optimise network performance to meet uptime and reliability targets. Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues to minimise downtime. Enforce network security and support audit / compliance activities. Lead infrastructure projects and collaborate with cross-functional technology teams. Maintain network documentation, performance reports, and standard operating procedures. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff. About You

You're a network professional who's calm under pressure, passionate about uptime, and skilled at balancing day-to-day operations with continuous improvement.

You'll need : 7+ years' experience in network engineering or operations. Strong knowledge of protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and services like DNS, DHCP. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista or similar enterprise network hardware. Sound understanding of network security principles and compliance frameworks. Experience with monitoring and performance tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIE.
