About the Role

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities include :

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to help clients find, hire, and retain top talent

Understanding client hiring needs thoroughly

Business development with new and existing clients

Shortlisting and interviewing candidates

Creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms

Requirements

Relevant employment or sales experience preferred

Proactive, positive relationship-building skills

Honest and engaging communication style

Hardworking and goal-oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
