About The RoleWe are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Safety Advisors interested in joining DT Infrastructure to support our existing project in the northern suburbs of Perth.

This role will initially be a 6-month temporary full-time contract with potential for extension for the right candidate. You will be working Monday to Friday.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport operations to execute DTI and client HSE initiatives.Effective implementation of DTI HSE policy, procedures & standards through training, coaching, and regular communication.Identify continuous improvement opportunities and assist with solution development and implementation.Coach and support local managers to develop and review HSE management plans and risk registers, consistent with site / project needs.Coach operational teams with sub-contractor management requirements including review of SWMS, ATWPs, completion of DTI and site inductions, participation in pre-starts, conduct of daily plant check sheets, and compliance with HSEMPs.Collaborate with management and staff to promote a positive health and safety culture.About YouTertiary qualifications in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.Ideally based in the northern suburbs of Perth.Proven experience in a similar role within the Tier 1 construction industry.Able to evaluate information quickly, identifying key issues and formulating conclusions based on sound, practical judgement, experience, and common sense.Ability to work under broad direction, exercise initiative, and be innovative in problem solving.Certificate IV Training and Assessing or similar desirable.Lead ICAM Incident Investigation or similar required.Why work for DT InfrastructureIndustry-leading Parental Leave program, novated leasing, purchase leave, salary sacrifice.Retailer discounts, health & wellbeing initiatives, external study financial assistance, and more!National business with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and opportunities.Opportunity to upskill with training provided.Diverse, energetic, and supportive workplace culture where you are treated as a highly valued team member.Exposure to a diverse range of rail infrastructure projects.An organization that promotes career progression, growth, and development.Health & Wellbeing initiatives such as EAP and mental health and wellbeing leave.DT Infrastructure is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that champions opportunity and respect.
