Our client is a leading custom home builder, delivering projects that stand the test of time. They pride themselves in the fact that they have the team drive and culture that can pour into their work being able to deliver projects where no detail is missed.

They have some pretty big growth plans over the coming years and thats why they are now looking for an expereinced project manager that can support this growth and move with them into the next phase of growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is suitable for someone who has worked within the residential construction industry and is looking to work with an established builder. You will be supervising a minimum of 4 / 5 quality homes.

Their homes range in value from $5m+ across a mix of low and high set homes. The workbook currently consists of purely custom homes. You will work with leaders in the field, receiving exceptional support from the office with a full team of both production and sales estimators.
