CyberCX is Australia's leading independent cyber security consultancy organisation. To continue delivering a world-class service to our clients, we are looking for a passionate Strategic Delivery Lead to join our Service Delivery team.
The Strategic Delivery Lead will bring strategic focus to complex client engagements and is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery, contract conformance and strategic growth. In addition, the Strategic Delivery Lead will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Service Governance to design and deliver strategic outcomes associated with the delivery of services and customer advocacy.
In this role, you willAct as the national champion for strategic service governance and escalation point for MSS strategic portfolio of servicesAssist Manager MSS Service Governance with delivering strategic governance improvement initiativesAct as a Senior Service Delivery manager for nominated customer accountsDevelop and maintain relationships both internally and externally to ensure the effective delivery of Managed Security ServicesEnsure the delivery of accurate Service Delivery reports to your clients / for your client projects in accordance with the Service Governance reporting frameworkResponsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Managed Services in accordance with the CyberCX Service Governance frameworkEnsure that KPIs and SLAs applicable to the Managed Services agreements for assigned customer accounts are metAct as a single point of escalation for assigned customer accountsActively collaborate across CyberCX and continuously look for ways to add value.
