- Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 support for incoming queries / issues.
- Performing Software updates as required
- Provide end-user desktop / workstation support and other daily support
- Maintenance of user accounts in Active Directory
- Delivering exceptional technical support
- Skill & Capability Requirements
- Experience with Level 1 support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Helpdesk Support experience working for enterprise-level clients
