Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist with a passion for compliance, an eye for detail and can do attitude who will enjoy being part of a fast growth technology company.

Reporting to the Operations and Compliance Lead, the Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and professionalism of our operations. The ideal candidate is a well organized, methodical professional who prides themselves on accuracy, efficiency, and surety.

The specialist will be charged with ensuring both internal and external interactions with customers meet the required compliance standards. Effective onboarding of Affiliates, call monitoring and auditing against a framework will provide real-time outcomes to effect and drive change when needed.

Objectives of this role

Onboard new affiliates onto our platform within compliance framework

Evaluate customer interactions, including call monitoring and direct marketing, from internal and external sources to ensure compliance with company standards and legislation.

Provide clear and constructive feedback based on framework and scorecard

Assist with compliance communications to both internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up to date audit records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective action taken.

Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.

Contribute to continuous improvement of the QA process

Identify training needs and take action to ensure companywide compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs.

Investigate reports of nonconformance issues and ensure. resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints and feedback.

Monitor friction between support frameworks and customer experience, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.

Assist operations with training and support requests that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

Required skills and qualifications

Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in frontline reporting and data consolidation.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Knowledge of Hubspot is helpful but not essential

Stakeholder and Relationship management preferred

Training and assessment experience is also well regarded.
