Job Description

About the Role

As an M.J. Bale stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a personalised service experience while helping them put together the perfect outfit. You'll contribute to the team's success by supporting daily store operations, driving sales, and representing our brand with confidence and care.

In This Role, You Will

Welcome and assist customers with genuine warmth and styling expertiseOffer product knowledge and outfit solutions that meet customer needsWork closely with your team to achieve sales and service targetsContribute to store presentation and stock managementEmbody the M.J. Bale brand through every interaction
