Senior Account Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Executive / Broker to join one of our long standing teams at Elliott Insurance – The Green Broker. You'll be part of a collaborative team of four brokers within our SME division, supported by advanced systems and experienced colleagues.

What makes this role unique

This is a newly created portfolio, not a replacement role. You'll inherit a clean, well-maintained book that is 25 percent smaller than industry standard. This means you will have the time and capacity to focus on meaningful client relationships and grow the portfolio, rather than dealing with aged debt or neglected claims. The book has been carefully managed by long-term Elliott brokers who will ensure a smooth transition and strong support.

You will have the opportunity to shape the portfolio, grow your income, and step into a clear career progression pathway within a forward-thinking brokerage.

Responsibilities : Delivering client servicing and outcome-driven solutions in a timely manner.

Managing your own Offshore Broking Support

Handling new business enquiries.

Key Accountabilities : Maintaining client satisfaction.

Meeting timelines for client servicing and solutions.

Working with our Customised Broking Technology systems

Meeting new business targets.

Requirements : 5+ years of experience in an Senior Account Executive role.

Proven broking experience, including processing skills and full book management.

Tier 1 and 2 qualifications.

Experience with Insight, Sunrise, SCTP a plus.
