About the role

BaptistCare Morven Gardens is seeking Carers to join their team on a casualbasis.As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts. Variety of shifts available.

Duties may include :

Assistance with a wide range of person-centred care in accordance with care plansAssistance with medicationSimple wound dressingAssistance with activities under supervisionWorking with each resident to continue to do the things they loveSkills & experience Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to othersCertificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable)OR willing to complete Certificate- Traineeships on offer to eligible candidatesWe encourage Nursing students to applyAbout BaptistCare Morven Gardens Morven Gardens is situated in the beautiful mountain village of Leura in the stunning Blue Mountains, Morven Gardens features 71 beds and is a welcoming and home-like environment with lush, landscaped gardens.
