Job descriptionPROVEN CAPABILITIES OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION OF Mine site refurbishment Major assets overhauls Vibrating or rotating equipment installation Shuttle maintenance and repairs Fabrication and on-site repairs Asset inspection and reporting Ongoing preventative maintenance Brownfield's SMP project upgrades Non-process infrastructure works experience is favourable QAQC & HSE Compliance DUTIES OF THE ROLE Manage labour, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works Lead shift pre-start meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behaviour's Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce Manage work packs, work orders and complete time and attendance daily Plan, schedule, and coordinate day to day works ABOUT YOU Australian Recognised Trade Certificate; Appointed Persons - Section 44. Working Rights Within Australia. Strong Work Ethic and a Positive Attitude. Able To Interpret and Follow Engineering Drawings. Able To Maintain High Safety and Housekeeping Standards Commitment To Safe Work Habits and our Core Values. Certificate Iv In Frontline Management is Advantageous. Why Warrikal?
