The Role
The role requires a strong program delivery skillset - you will need to have senior strategic experience implementing full end-to-end ERP programs. This will be working closely with c-level executives to ensure successful implementation of this key ERP system, driving this program and also strategic change across the organisation. Role will be 12 month day rate with a good potential to extend as it is a very large implementation program. Full end-to-end implementation on similar large scale ERP programs is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and facilitate the planning and implementation of the assigned program deliverables
- Managing resource allocation and key deliverables on ERP implementation program
- Lead risk management reporting activities with key stakeholders
- Lead strategic planning and guidance to the strategic change activities across the business
- Liaising with technical Resources / Developers / Project teams to ensure key deliverables
- Manage the allocation of project resources to execute deliverables as required across multiple Project Governance Design / scheduling support
- Oversee and coordinate day to day activities in alignment with the project scope and deliverables
- Monitor and report on project progress and identify and escalate risks and issues where required to ensure project transparency
- Facilitate and ensure adequate stakeholder engagement is maintained across project deliverables
- Must have program level experience - end-to-end ERP implementation programs
- Strong cross functional program experience / ERP programs
- Commercially aware and can partner with senior management across multiple initiatives
