Cyber Security Manager

Our client, a large Federal Government is seeking a Configuration Cyber Manager

IT Specific tasks for the Configuration Manager will include, but are not limited to the following :

• understand policies relating to Cyber Security (eg. PSPF, DSPF, ISM).
• support development of cyber security governance and assurance functions including technical controls.
• maintain awareness of cyber security threats and conduct security risk assessments as required by the IT Security Manager
• develop plans to mitigate cyber security risk and confirm compliance.
• develop ICT system monitoring and visibility capabilities and report on incidents, vulnerabilities.
• analyse and advise on security controls and procedures in acquisition, development, and change management lifecycle ICT systems to ensure compliance.
• represent cyber security engineering requirements to key government and commercial stakeholders.
• support the response to cyber security incidents.
• contribute to the development and administration of information security training and awareness programs.
