    • YOUR OPPORTUNITY
    • Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for a collaborative

    • Engagement and Communications Manager
    • to join our team, ideally you will be based in
    • Brisbane, Adelaide,
    • Perth
    • and will develop and lead brand and communications initiatives across Blackwoods.
    • Specifically, you will monitor the delivery of the brand direction, recommend areas of improvement, drive growth and offer support across all internal and external communications. In your day-to-day you will work closely with the Category Team, Asset Teams, Blackwoods Sales, Blackwoods Supply Chain, and Blackwoods Customer Care. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external customers / stakeholders.

      Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to :

    • Build and maintain relationships through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
    • Monitor the delivery of the brand direction across several areas of the Blackwoods business
    • Act as the established expert to develop solutions based on a commercial understanding of the business environment and objectives
    • Always ensure the team deliver decisions based on our overarching drive to put the customer first
    • Responsible for the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns to support Blackwoods
    • To be successful, you will have :

    • Extensive experience in general marketing and B2B sales with a strong focus on brand management and communications
    • Proven ability to collaborate with all areas of the business to implement sales campaigns
    • Prior experience designing, leading, and implementing go to market models
    • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and sales experience required, combined with excellent influencing and coaching skills
    • An understanding of the various communication mediums, and priorities of the audience being communicated to
    • Tertiary qualification in Marketing communications or similar would be an advantage
