A well-respected, Perth-based company is looking for an SDM to manage and develop its team of 40+ employees. The role will be split between 70 : 30, service delivery to technical. This company deals with a range of clients from small to large, 1000 + seat businesses. No day will be the same.

  • Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve escalated, urgent and complicated support issues.
  • Monitor, manage and escalate service requests.
  • Purpose of supporting a strategy for profitable growth.
  • Continually improve systems, processes and procedures.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues and contractors to achieve highest standards.
