Your key responsibilities
- Manage the administrative functions associated with the State Coroner to provide high quality, confidential administrative support including typing, diary management, organisation of meetings and booking accommodation and travel arrangements. Manage rostering and leave arrangements of coroners and registrars. Receive and manage correspondence to the State Coroner. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, as required. Maintain effective, accurate and high-quality communication with the judiciary, executive management and staff at all levels and with external parties, and deal with sensitive and / or confidential information in a discretionary and professional manner. Maintain a sound knowledge of departmental protocols, procedures and systems that are used when performing work for judicial officers. Assist with the organisation of official events and functions. Other duties allocated by the Executive Director of the CCQ.
