Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a fast-growing major construction contractor currently working on one of WA's largest greenfield mining projects. As the project moves ahead into construction phase, a Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team.

Key duties will include reviewing of costs and budgets, estimating additional material and labour costs and working with subcontractors on claims and variation requests.

To be successful, you will have previous experience within a similar role with strong priority given to those with major mining project experience working with either an EPC(M) or major construction contractor. Either degree qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management will hold you in good stead.

The position is based in Perth in a convenient south of the river location. Ongoing contract with hourly rate negotiable on experience.
