About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join the Sheridan team to lead and develop our team at our Robina Boutique.
This is a full time position, working to a Tuesday - Saturday roster, with one weekend off each month.
Duties
- Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets and profitability goals
- Store operations including inventory and stock control and roster management
- Managing VM to a high standard, following directives and ensuring impeccable presentation
- Using reporting tools to make commercial decisions to drive your business
- Maintaining exceptional product knowledge, being able to articulate features and benefits
- Driving a high performing team, committed to providing outstanding customer service
Skills + Experience
- Previous people management experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Ability to develop a strong product knowledge with a passion and drive for selling
- Ability to coach and develop a team through succession planning
