    • About the Role
    • As a Technical Detailer reporting to the Technical Detailing Manager - Volume Builders, your key responsibilities will include :

    • Interpreting quotations and purchase orders.
    • Preparing paperwork, CAD drawings, manufacturing specifications, and cutting lists.
    • Liaising with builders, supervisors, and installers to address site issues.
    • Collaborating with the Sales Team on ordering and specification queries.
    • Communicating efficiently with the SA State Manager and team.
    • Ordering specialist external products promptly.
    • Addressing maintenance or rework issues with the Warranty & Site Quality Manager.
    • Undertaking other duties as directed by the Technical Detailing Manager.
    • Participating in training and organizational development.
    • Complying with all S&A Stairs policies, procedures, and OHS processes.
    • What You'll Need to Succeed
    • We are seeking an individual with detailing experience, as well as;
    • Familiarity with ASANA.
    • Proficiency in drafting programs such as AutoCAD.
    • Measurement experience (preferred but not essential).
    • Ability to work under pressure and stay organized.
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with architectural staircases and balustrades.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with a diverse range of people, including builders and supervisors.
    • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, peers, and other departments.
    • Proactivity in identifying areas for continuous improvement.
    • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
