You will have the opportunity to liaise with colleagues from the Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical, Medical & Regulatory departments in our head office at North Sydney, while developing and implementing territory business plans and prospecting new customers to drive sales results for our new and existing products.

As GP Sales Representative, you will join our high performing sales team that promotes Novo Nordisk products both in person and virtually in your designated territory. You will report directly to the State Sales Manager.

The position In this permanent role, you will be promoting to General Practitioners, Pharmacists and Diabetes Educators across the Newcastle region, with Forster and Taree as country territories. You will experience variety, autonomy, strong working relationships with customers, and the chance to promote a lifesaving drug.

You will be responsible for : Engaging with existing General Practitioners & Diabetes Educators and expanding the target group of customers.Being highly organised, self-motivated, driven to build patient centric HCP relationships.Developing and executing a robust territory business plan leveraging face-to-face as well as digital engagements with HCPs / GPs to create a personalised omni-channel experience for our customers.Executing marketing strategies and conducting group presentations as well as monitoring competitors' activities and reporting directly.Working in accordance with business ethics procedures and local laws, as well as Novo Nordisk Way and policies.Qualifications GP sales experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industry, ideally worked and lives on or near the advertised geographical territory.Strong sales experience with proven track record of achieving sales targetsTertiary education, preferably in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy with the ability to take on complex data and disseminate to our customers.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly, including occasional extended hours and weekends.Must either be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.Create a job alert for this search
