The Opportunity Recruitment & Mobilisation Advisor to join our growing team in Perth's Southern Suburbs. around 60% of your time dedicated to mobilisation Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume blue-collar recruitment from advertising to onboarding Coordinate all mobilisation requirements : online inductions, medicals, site access, and travel Liaise with Resources Manager and Projects team to align staffing needs with project timelines Build strong relationships with external partners Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the mobilisation and recruitment process Contribute to process improvements and sourcing strategies What You'll Bring 2+ years' experience in recruitment and mobilisation (ideally in mining and / or civil construction industries) Strong background in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment Experience coordinating mobilisation logistics and onboarding for remote sites Solid skills using ATS tools (JobAdder preferred), Microsoft Office & workflow systems Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a National Police Clearance HRIS knowledge is a bonus Why Work with Us?
