  • The Opportunity
  • We're looking for an experienced

  • Recruitment & Mobilisation Advisor
  • to join our growing team in Perth's Southern Suburbs.
  • In this fast-paced role, you'll deliver end-to-end recruitment services across blue-collar portfolios—with

  • around 60% of your time dedicated to mobilisation
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume blue-collar recruitment from advertising to onboarding
  • Coordinate all mobilisation requirements : online inductions, medicals, site access, and travel
  • Liaise with Resources Manager and Projects team to align staffing needs with project timelines
  • Build strong relationships with external partners
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the mobilisation and recruitment process
  • Contribute to process improvements and sourcing strategies
  • What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment and mobilisation (ideally in mining and / or civil construction industries)
  • Strong background in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment
  • Experience coordinating mobilisation logistics and onboarding for remote sites
  • Solid skills using ATS tools (JobAdder preferred), Microsoft Office & workflow systems
  • Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a National Police Clearance
  • HRIS knowledge is a bonus
