Barista / All Rounder

Have a passion for coffee and love interacting with people all day? We are looking for experienced Barista / Cafe All Rounder team members to join our busy cafe and hit the ground running.

Your responsibilities include :

• Delivering exceptional customer experience in store
• Preparing quality hot and cold beverages according to Jamaica Blue standards
• Food preparation
• Store opening and closing duties
• Cleaning and sanitizing work stations
• Cash handling

To be successful, you must have :

Previous experience as a Barista

Ability to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner

Passion for quality coffee and food with the willingness to learn

Hands on experience working with brewing equipent

Flexibility to work different shifts

Strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail

Work well under pressure

The role is for approximately 15-25 hours per week dependent on applicant's suitability / availability and will have weekday and weekend shifts with flexible hours.
