  • and short-term projects.

    • We are currently looking for Civil Supervisors with experience in bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage and road construction.

  • PROVEN CAPABILITIES OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION OF
  • Bulk and detailed earthworks for resource clients.
  • Culvert and drainage installation.
  • Road Construction
  • DUTIES OF THE ROLE
  • Manage labor, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works.
  • Lead shift pre-start meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behaviors.
  • Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely.
  • Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce.
  • Manage work packs, work orders and complete time and attendance daily.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate day to day works.
  • ABOUT YOU
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experienced mobile plant and equipment operator
  • Experienced with the use of machine control systems
  • Appointed Persons - Section 44.
  • Working Rights within Australia.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Able to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawings.
  • Able to maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Commitment to safe work habits and our core values.
  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management is advantageous.
