Job description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Analyze and troubleshoot level 2 incidents, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to minimize system downtime and disruptions.

Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements, bug fixes, and system upgrades.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders, risk managers, and IT support, to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Assist in the documentation of business processes, functional requirements, and technical specifications.

Requirements

Proficient in translating functional requirements into technical specifications.

Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle and associated processes.

Familiarity with various trading instruments, risk management methodologies, and trading regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
