Amenities Team Leader - Afternoon

Due to expansion of our factory, we have a NEW opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our afternoon Amenities team. We are looking for someone who works best in a hands-on role, leads by example and enjoys working as part of a diverse team. This opportunity will suit a motivated individual who has experience cleaning retail or high traffic areas such as lunch rooms, toilets, common areas, etc.

What does our AFTERNOON AMENITIES TEAM LEADER do?

Manage schedules for a team of 6-8 amenities cleaners

Verify cleaning works of your team. This involves checking the :

Cleaning of common areas within a food manufacturing facility

Cleaning of floors - vacuum, mop and polish / buff

Kitchen areas - fill / empty dishwashers, clean fridges, maintain stock levels, empty bins

Complete an end of shift handover with notes

Assist team with cleaning duties as required

Chemical handling

• SHIFT TIMES
• 1.06pm - 9.00pm, Monday to Friday
• To be successful in this role, you will have

Previous commercial cleaning experience is an advantage but not required

The ability to lead a team in a high volume, fast paced environment

A great eye for detail and pride in your work

Great communication skills
