  • As the Store Manager, you'll lead your team to deliver the best possible experience to your customers every dayand hit some exciting goals along the way.
  • About You
  • 3+ years of retail management experience in a retail environment
  • Optical knowledge is desired but not essential
  • Strong working knowledge of management best practices
  • Ability to use critical thinking
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent time management
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management
  • Strong and consistent customer service
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to manage teams and / or wide range of personalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong style sense and an eye for merchandising
