Job Description As the Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager, you will :

Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely clearance and delivery.Manage duty drawback claims and liaise with customs authorities.Source and evaluate logistics service providers and manage procurement in SAP.Coordinate secure transport and insurance for high-value goods.Lead and develop a small logistics team, fostering a culture of performance and compliance.Ensure all trade compliance activities align with local laws and internal guidelines.Participate in regional logistics projects and support SAP testing.Assist in budget planning and monitor logistics expenses.The Successful Applicant A degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.Several years of experience in logistics and trade compliance, including team supervision.Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transport modes.Proficiency in logistics systems (SAP experience is a plus).Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.A proactive, independent, and detail-oriented mindset.What's on Offer You'll be part of a dynamic regional team, working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
