  • About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support the delivery of capital works and infrastructure projects within a high-profile government environment in Adelaide, South Australia. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and successful delivery of projects across a large and complex asset portfolio.

    Working as part of a well-established project delivery team, you’ll provide essential support across budgeting, procurement, reporting, and risk documentation.

    This is an amazing opportunity for a driven administrator with capital project or infrastructure experience looking to step into a role with broad scope and responsibility.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end project administration support across capital works and relocation projects.
  • Monitor and maintain budgets, cashflows, financial forecasts, and expenditure tracking.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including raising purchase orders, invoice processing, and documentation compliance.
  • Prepare executive briefs, milestone reports, risk registers, and project dashboards.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and external service providers.
  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation and reporting systems.
  • Support project governance, risk management and procurement compliance.
  • About You

  • Strong background in project administration, ideally within capital works or infrastructure
  • Confident managing financial tracking and reporting across multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management systems.
  • Great communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or related discipline (essential).
  • Experience in infrastructure or capital project delivery settings.
  • Must have current Australian work rights.
  • May require a national police clearance.
