  • A rewarding and worthwhile opportunity exists with Australians Building and Learning Empowerment (ABLE) as a Service Manager. ABLE is a disability service provider that delivers rewarding and comprehensive support to NDIS participants.

    Due to rapid growth within our business, we are searching for a savvy Service Manager to join our team!

    • About the Opportunity
    • The Service Manager role will be responsible for building relationships and engaging with stakeholders, in particular with NDIS participants who have just been released from prison as part of our SASH program (Services Alleviating Societal Hardship).

      The Service Manager will also be responsible for :

    • All governance requirements relating to the onboarding of clients and working within the NSW Justice Framework.
    • Liaising with relevant government departments such as the NSW Department of Communities and Justice
    • Staffing Rosters
    • Managing client enquiries
    • Being the first point of contact for any concerns or escalations
    • Meeting with stakeholders and engaging potential clients
    • Generating referral pipelines and relationships
    • You will be working directly with the Program Manager who will be guiding and supporting you through this role.

    • Essential Criteria
    • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
    • Must have an empathetic and friendly attitude towards clients
    • High degree of organisational skill and attention to detail
    • Microsoft Office Skills
    • Problem solving Skills
    • Experience Required
    • Experience working independently in a similar type of role
    • Knowledge of the NDIS would be preferable
    • Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
    • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to resolve concerns and provide assistance

      Pay : $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
