We currently have three full time, permanent positions available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the bank as a Lending Enquiries Consultant in our Moe office. The Lending Enquiries Consultant is responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries.

- What you will be doing
- Inbound enquiries (phone, online, mail & fax) in accordance with Bank Australia's policies and procedures in a professional and efficient manner with an emphasis on delivering exceptional service
- Participate in the Bank's quality assurance program to achieve quality, productivity and service targets
- A willingness to learn about legislation governing lending and its impact on day-to-day loan processing
- Participate in staff training and development as required.
- What you will bring
- Knowledge of banking products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of lending legislation (e.g. National Credit Act and Privacy Act), or a willingness to learn
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
- Ability to identify customer needs through questioning techniques
- Ability to investigate, problem solve and follow up queries
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Empathy for customer's financial circumstances
