Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development, as the Superintendent Organisational Development, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and effective work environment by designing, implementing, and managing programs that develop Contract Mining's capabilities, support the professional growth of our employees and enhancing employee engagement. The role will also be fundamental in our global approach to achieving a safe and respectful workplace.
Why Barminco?A full-time, permanent, salaried positionGenerous remuneration packages with annual salary reviewsEmployee benefits and perks such as Novated Leases, Salary Sacrificing, Discounts on health Insurance, Retail, Hotel accommodation and much more.Opportunities for career developmentTrue work life balance with flexible working arrangementsFree parking and gymnasium on siteReferral programExcellent company cultureKey AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement leadership development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of all levels of leaders across the global business.Design and embed a global coaching strategy to support individual growth for leaders.Working with internal stakeholders to ensure Contract Mining's participation in Perenti-led leadership programs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal leadership development programs and recommend improvements.Develop effective communication plans to share organisational development initiatives and changes with employees and stakeholders.Establish global initiatives and frameworks that foster a safe and respectful workplace.Lead global employee engagement activities such as engagement surveys.Lead the design and implementation of organisational change initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and continuous improvement.Analyse relevant data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of organisational change initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.Required Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.Several years of experience in organisational development, leadership development, or a related role.Self-motivated and proactive in approach to the role, using transactional activities to influence future work.Must have a strong aptitude for exploring problems and underlying challenges, with a proven ability to implement fit-for-business solutions.A strong interest and focus on creating safe and respectful workplaces.Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities, large workloads, and tight deadlines.Experience in the resources sector (mining, energy) is desirable.
