The purpose of a Store Manager is to lead and motivate their team, be accountable for their store's performance and drive an exceptional customer experience. As a Store Manager it is your responsibilty to ensure impeccable product presentation and merchandising of the store and provide and facilitate focused training and development to their team.
Motivate, inspire and energise people by delivering and expecting excellence in every little detail - from store presentation, to customer service to the product. You will be require to execute a full onboarding program for Assistant Store Managers, Supervisors and Team Members into the store, including inductions. Identify individual training needs and develop Assistant Store Managers, Supervisors and Team Members so that they are engaged and capable to deliver new product development, experience events, systems, processes.
