- Is responsible for the successful delivery of a range of strategic projects aligned to whole of system state priorities and reform initiatives, as well as national policy advice on complex and sensitive issues;
- Is responsible for the provision of accurate and timely policy advice and analysis in relation to the Department’s intergovernmental agreements and other intergovernment matters, including advice to the Chief Executive and Minister, and other senior officials, for various national forums as required;
- Is responsible for the management of significant and complex projects and the analysis of issues of strategic importance to the Department; and
- Contributes to the Strategy and Intergovernment Relations Branch by taking responsibility for ensuring quality and thorough analysis in all required tasks.
