Prepares take-and-bake pizzas.

Stocks and rotates merchandise in the display case.

Maintains machinery and equipment.

Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.

Follows proper safety procedures and standards.Job Duties / Essential FunctionsDismantles equipment, washes, rinses and sanitises removable parts, equipment in Deli and Rotisserie roomsInspects and reassembles equipment, addresses any corrective actions from the previous nightRework display case, filling and rotating merchandiseCompletes required department paperworkCleans and sanitises work area throughout the day following sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP) guidelines for proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this positionCompletes and complies with 11 commandments of Quality assurance, food safety certification, department specific training and all safety training required by warehouse, service deli and rotisserie departmentComplies with health code by following sanitation standards and maintaining proper temperaturesStocks and rotates supplies in cooler / freezerRemoves rubbish from department and work areasOperates trah compactor and cardboard balerSkewers and loads chicken into rotisserie ovensCooks chicken as per Standard Operating ProcedurePackages, labels and displays chicken in hot holding cabinetAdheres to all departments Standard Operating ProceduresPrepares meat, poultry, cold meat, vegetables and seafood as per Standard Operating ProceduresAssembles platters, pizzas, sushi, salads, raw meats and other items sold in the Service Deli and Rotisserie departmentsAssists with other department of the warehouse as necessaryProvides and ensures prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees and vendors.Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machineryPressure washer, commercial dish washer, combination heat / steam oven, warming case, shears, wheeled racks, proofing boxes, ovens, trash compactor, cardboard baler, pallet jack, blast chiller, air hose cleaner, step ladder.Qualifications (Costco-specific or industry specific skills that candidates should possess)Education / Training : Higher School Certificate or higherLicenses / Certifications : Food service or comparable experienceExperience / Skills : Previous food handling experience Strong interpersonal and communication skillsOther specific requirements If successful, you will be required to undertake role & department specific training within specified timeframesJob Ref : AU2520W.000446Location : ACTSubmitted : 21-06-2025Job SearchBy Keyword or Job RefBy LocationBy CategoryBy CategorySelect multiple fields by holding CTRL key while clicking.
