What We’re Looking For :

• Willingness to work 8–10 hour shifts
• Good physical fitness
• Reliable, hardworking , and safety-conscious
• Previous construction experience (desirable but not essential for labour roles)
• Trade qualifications or experience for skilled roles
• High Risk Work Licences – desirable
• Valid Australian work rights
