Project Coordinator – 12 Month Contract Location : Perth CBD

Client : Woodside

Contract Type : Full-time | 12-month initial contract (subject to agreement)

Day Rate : $500–$600 inclusive of super (depending on experience)

Join one of Australia's leading energy companies on a high-impact global program. We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Coordinator to support a suite of projects across Woodside's Global Travel Solutions portfolio. You'll play a key role in the Global Integrated Mobilisation Solutions (GIMS) program — supporting senior stakeholders, driving delivery, and ensuring everything stays on track.

What you'll be doing :

Supporting the GIMS Program Manager and workstream leads

Coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Facilitating team meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking actions

Liaising across internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders

Identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies

Helping ensure alignment with project scope, objectives, and quality standards

What we're looking for :

Proven experience in project coordination within large or complex organisations (energy / resources a bonus)

Strong knowledge of project management tools — MS Project is essential Comfortable with Gantt charts, dependencies, and reporting

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience in or exposure to change management highly desirable
