  • The Role

    • As the Construction Coordinator, you will be providing support to the Hi-Point Construction Team and their stakeholders to facilitate the construction and service process. You will be a point of contact for Construction and Service related queries and will be required to deliver a high standard of customer care.

    You'll be joining a dynamic and pro-active team working in synergy with each other, the role will include :

  • Processing work orders for subcontractors
  • Provide support to the roofing supervisor and service team
  • Ordering of roofing material and fall protection
  • Providing regular and accurate reports on the status of all tasks
  • Managing all tasks, ensuring timeframes are met
  • We are looking for someone with;
  • Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret building plans and specifications
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience with managing your own work schedule to ensure targets are met
  • Previous experience working in a similar role and / or residential construction knowledge will be highly regarded, however not essential
