Position- Work Force Management Functional Consultant / Kronos

Location- Perth

Experience- 5+yrs

Job Description :

• Functional Solution Lead of respective modules.
• Conduct meetings with business to validate requirements along with Client IT Team
• Define the To-Be business process following the existing design and design requirements strategy and approach.
• Design the solution component.
• Facilitation and engagement focus. Able to work with our business and ensure :
• Requirements are clearly articulated and understood
• Development capacity and throughput is meeting expectations
• Blockers are removed as they arise
• Provide input and support the product roadmap, but the accountability for product leadership remains with the Product Owner
• On-ground project management responsibilities
• Active stakeholder engagement and alignment
• Facilitates demos, clarifications and engagement with Business and change management team
• Day to day coordination with Business users and program stakeholders
• Manages production environment service delivery – manages incoming incidents and ensures appropriate prioritisation and triage
• Support milestone testing & training.
