- THE ROLE
- Based in the Greater Perth area in WA. You will be responsible for the clients at a territory level.
- Our client supplies Cleaning machines, including vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, sweepers, pressure washers, and industrial cleaning equipment and service contracts. They sell these products to end users such as warehousing, logistics, schools, healthcare, and smaller independent hardware resellers.
- You will be selling these products to their procurement managers, facility managers, and CEOs
- This is not an order-taking role or a simple account management job. This role will require you to work strategically with the end users and influence them toward your product set.
- You will be working closely with the State Sales Manager who will provide you with full product and market training.
- THE CANDIDATE
- THE MOST IMPORTANT THING : A background in selling mechanical equipment to industrial end-users / distributors. However, you may also have come from a background in selling capital equipment to industrial end-users.
- You can come with a sales background in industrial / mechanical equipment sales
- this will be advantageous with a preference to have experience in the industrial industry.
- Positive attitude, sales process, professionalism, an engaging personality, and someone who is driven to take their career to the next level.
- The focus will be on your soft skills - sales methodology, communication, willingness to learn, team player mentality, and relationship-building skills.
