  • About the role : Davidson Technology have partnered with a leading education provider who are enbarking on their Agile journey. They believe that Agile principles hold the key to fostering collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. As they continue to enhance their suite of Agile delivery teams, we are seeking an experienced and driven Agile Coach to join the team on a 3-year fixed term contract.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Transformation : Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices across multiple teams within the organization.
  • Team Empowerment : Mentor and Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to create a collaborative and self-organizing environment that delivers high-quality results.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement of the Agile and DevOps frameworks, IT delivery and team cultures and ways of working.
  • Support : Vendors and Contractors across IT new ways of working to ensure cohesive delivery outcomes between IT and third party support.
  • Stakeholder Management : Work with various stakeholders to align expectations, communicate progress, and facilitate the resolution of any potential roadblocks.
  • Requirements
  • Agile Expertise : Proven experience as an Agile Coach, driving successful Agile transformations within an organisation.
  • Educational Background : Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Education).
  • Certifications : Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges and promote innovative solutions.
  • Continuous Learning : A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest Agile trends and practices.
