About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and experienced person to join our team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for receiving, shipping, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. This is a fast-paced work environment, and you will need to have good time management, manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy of data and information.
Key responsibilities include :
- Receive and dispatch goods, materials, parts and equipment, including checking them to ensure they are in good condition.
- Load, upload trucks and move goods around the warehouse for storage.
- Monitor the flow of of materials and parts between departments, customers according to established guidelines.
- Perform a variety of coordinating and material handling duties to meet production schedule.
- Pick and pack orders as required for timely delivery.
- Update accurately the inventory management system to keep track of stock level and alert the Manager when stock is low.
