As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator to oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure that supports our wholesale and logistics systems.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our internal systems and cloud platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our IT operations, including ERP systems, hardware, servers, backups, and user access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, server environments, and internal ERP (Odoo) systems.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure maximum uptime and responsiveness.
  • Implement and manage system security policies, user permissions, and access protocols.
  • Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery procedures are up to date.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
  • Maintain virtual infrastructure and cloud-based tools, ensuring reliable system integration.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and change management processes.
  • Coordinate with third-party IT providers as needed for technical support and system upgrades.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, preferably in wholesale or logistics settings.
  • Proficient in Linux / Windows Server environments, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure), and ERP system administration.
  • Experience with Odoo ERP or similar open-source platforms is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and documentation abilities.
