At NurtureCare Kids, we're looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team of paediatric specialists.

About the Role You'll be working with children to support a range of developmental needs including :

Sensory processing & self-regulation Emotional & behavioural support Functional independence in daily routines School readiness & handwriting skills What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members Maintain clear, professional documentation and reporting Contribute to a fun, values-driven team culture that celebrates outcomes Who You Are Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration Paediatric experience (preferred but not essential – new grads welcome to apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about helping kids thrive!
