About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistic Support Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in managing our shipping container operations, ensuring a timely and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Obtain and manage quotations from shipping lines and airlines.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and shipping lines for smooth operations.
  • Track and report on shipment status regularly and notify stakeholders of any delays in shipments.
  • Update and maintain shipment schedules and statuses.
  • Arrange payment for local charges with shipping lines.
  • Oversee and coordinate metro deliveries and keep project tracking reports current and accurate.
  • Ad hoc duties such as generating and distributing weekly reports to accounting, warehouse, and other relevant departments.

Must-Have Attributes :

  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in logistics or related field.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of import sea and air processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional record-keeping abilities.
