Mammoet Australia are currently looking for an experienced Human Resource Advisor. Reporting directly to the People and Culture Executive Manager, this generalist role is critical in supporting the ongoing development of the People and Culture function within Mammoet. You will be responsible for providing functional HR support across the business with a passion for building and maintaining a driven workforce that is committed to our values and success.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
Provision of timely and accurate HR & ER advice and supportCompiling and reporting HR dataAssist with injury management and RTW CoordinationSupport the People and Culture Executive Manager with training and development across our operations related to HR / ER and global mobilityHR project work as required (i.e. Diversity and Inclusion, EVP, Professional learning and development)WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
Degree or post graduate qualifications in HR / IR / ER or related area, or relevant experienceDemonstrated 2-4 years in previous roleAttention to detail, critical thinking and strong decision-making abilityHighly developed written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks accurately and in a timely mannerWHAT YOU'LL GET :
