About the Role :

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced full-time Psychologist to join our professional team. You will provide high-level psychological support to a variety of clients. You will have experience working and a track record of achieving results with adults, young people, and children. You will also take an interest in women’s health. Your advanced self-awareness and initiative are the key to your success.

Your Responsibilities :

In this role, you will engage in meaningful work that involves :

Providing psychological services to a wide range of clients, including children, young people, and women’s health

Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure the best outcomes

Working collaboratively with clients to support them in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals

Attracting new referrals through word-of-mouth from satisfied clients

Maintaining thorough and timely client notes

Contributing to our thriving culture that embraces personal and professional growth

About You :

You are someone who thrives in a challenging environment and approaches each new task with enthusiasm. You are internally motivated, with a strong work ethic. You will have :

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a psychologist or related field

Full Australian working rights or permanent residency

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and key stakeholders

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple cases effectively

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook)

A strong sense of discretion and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality

A proactive and adaptable attitude toward new challenges

Ability to manage your own caseload, while also receiving team support to build your client base

Full registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Registered under the Medicare Benefits Scheme

A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
