257740Our Federal Government Client is in search of a skilled _Senior Communications Manager_ to lead the strategic development and execution of communication initiatives for the digital transformation program. This is a valuable opportunity for an experienced communications professional to shape and maintain a positive narrative around the program's journey while ensuring alignment, engagement, and transparency both internally and externally.
This is a long-term contract role initially for 12 months and offering the potential for an extension of 12 months.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in managing communication for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of change management and communication principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in communication tools, Microsoft Office Suite, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans achieving measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for informed decision-making.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships at all organizational levels.
Previous experience in marketing communications is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
