About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead onsite construction activities and ensure the successful delivery of our projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors to coordinate trades, manage safety and quality, and deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to construction programs and specifications

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

Monitor site safety, WHS compliance, and implement risk management procedures

Ensure quality control and resolve onsite issues promptly

Communicate regularly with Management and provide progress updates

Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications with accuracy

Lead site meetings and maintain detailed site records and documentation

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience as a Site Foreman on industrial and / or commercial builds (Multi Million $ projects)

Carpentry or trade background preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Knowledge of QLD construction safety legislation and WHS best practices

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

Construction White Card (essential)
