Job descriptionABOUT THE ROLE Lead and drive sales all across all of QLD Sell, support and manage the Surgical Imaging & Video Solutions portfolio Collaborate and build partnerships whilst providing technical and clinical / surgical support in the operating theatre Develop and implement strategic territory sales and performance plans to achieve business goals Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives Responsible for conducting product trials, and delivering in-service training to surgeons and surgical teams Travel requirements as per business needs ABOUT YOU Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the Surgical, Hospital Capital and consumable Sales, or General Surgery Experience working in the operating theatre environment, proficient in engaging with surgeons and other key hospital staff Strong understanding of selling within the Australian hospital landscape Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Thrives on challenges, with a proactive and tenacious attitude in solving problems and achieving success Excellent time management and keen attention to details CULTURE AND BENEFITS Highly Competitive and lucrative remuneration - base + super + car allowance + commissions / bonuses The business takes pride in embracing family culture and a positive workplace environment, promoting mutual respect and camaraderie A business renowned for the training and development programs!
