Garden Services Officers provide general gardening and grounds maintenance services across our independent retirement villages and corporate sites. You will be delivering exceptional service to residents who live in our independent living retirement villages.

- What you'll be doing
- Provide landscaping, gardening and grounds maintenance services across multiple locations.
- Know the needs and requirements of older people and their desire to continue to live independently.
- Exercise initiative and discretion to analyse and address resident complaints and implement effective responses / solutions.
- Deliver memorable service experiences for our residents.
- Who we're looking for
- Experience in landscaping, gardening and general grounds maintenance.
- Have values and behaviours required to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Be willing to work as part of a team of gardeners, supporting other team members when needed and prepared to work with residents in ECH villages.
- Is able to work independently.
- Exceptional customer service standards.
- A current drivers licence.

- You will nee
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster if eligible)
- Drivers licence
- It'd also be helpful if you had
- A current police check
- Trade qualifications in horticulture or gardening is desirable (Certificate III in Horticulture is preferred)
- Experience in aged care
- An understanding of paving, concrete, stormwater and irrigation systems
- The salary for this position is $24.92 - $27.71 per hour - Subject to qualifications and experience
